How is the Pro report different from Free?
The Pro report uses Claude Sonnet AI to perform a deep visual and structural analysis of your store. You get all findings (not just top 5), step-by-step fix instructions specific to your platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.), revenue impact estimates, and a downloadable PDF report.
What platforms do you support?
AuditYourStore works with any ecommerce platform including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Squarespace, Wix, and custom-built stores. Fix instructions are tailored to your specific platform when available.
How long does an audit take?
Most audits complete in under 2 minutes. Pro and Agency audits may take slightly longer due to the deeper AI analysis, but typically finish within 3-4 minutes.
Can I cancel my Agency subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your Agency subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. All previously generated reports remain accessible.
Do you offer refunds?
Pro report purchases are non-refundable as the report is generated immediately. However, if you're unsatisfied with the quality, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
